Role Profile


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about teamwork, have the desire to overcome challenges, and contribute innovative ideas to our rapidly growing business. As a sales operations manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our sales organization. You will manage compliance, data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and oversee all sales operational support needs. You will work closely with the sales teams to provide coaching and guidance and will be responsible for CRM management and governance. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive teams to provide key insights and be highly effective in cross-functional collaboration with the Finance, Legal, and Alliances teams.


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline and at least five years’ experience in a business operations role.
  • Preferably experience in legal and financial compliance, and familiarity with contract reviews & auditing.
  • Advanced understanding of CRM and experience with reporting tools such as Excel and preferably, data visualization & analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales executives and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Has strong analytical skills and highly proficient in reporting metrics to key business stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and excellent time management skills.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Adhere to Sales Operations sales processes and provide guidance & coaching to sellers.
  • Support the Sales organization with operational support, training, and guidance.
  • Manages the compliance for the Rest of the World Markets to include export classification & credit checks.
  • Closely monitors pipeline health and collaborates with sellers to produce accurate forecasting.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records in CRM by researching and utilizing sales data management tools.
  • Audits all sales deals and affiliated documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyzes data and produces sales reports/KPIs with recommendations to the team.
  • Aids in account research and drives sales strategies.
  • Maintains training and process documentation and proactively identifies areas of efficiency and automation in the sales process.
  • Understand the funding programs and provide recommendations:
  • Ensure funding aligns with Microsoft's regulations and work with sales & finance to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Responsible for entering pipeline data into the partner portal & processes incoming leads.
  • Documents all processes and procedures and provides insights to leaders on improvements.
  • Works with U.S. Sales Operations teams to provide recommendations for CRM system improvements.
