Solutions Marketing & Content Developer

Neudesic, an IBM Company, is looking for an experienced candidate to drive technology-based solutions alongside the leadership team. This role, within Neudesic’s Innovation and Solutions team, focuses on identifying, developing, and launching new offerings.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in leading-edge technologies, and a proven track record in marketing. We are hiring a proactive and results-driven marketing content developer to join our dynamic team. This individual should possess the ability to understand enterprise pain points, translate technical features into business value, and execute compelling content across various marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, systems and people and strategize on business organizational change
• Work with internal teams to develop business ideas into new services with market potential
• Create content and marketing material to support go-to market strategies
• Develop go-to-market strategy taking new services to market faster
• Develop service and product positioning and messaging platforms that position Neudesic as a market innovator and leader with our target audiences, including C-level executives and IT leadership
• Create impactful client-facing content that clearly communicates the value and unique advantage of our solutions and IP
• Develop and manage all of the sales collateral including data sheets, presentations, videos and thought leadership
• Establish, manage and support meeting cadence with internal and external stakeholders when needed
• Develop, manage and contribute to sales tools including sales presentations, scripts, letters and positioning documents
• Drive and execute the support of sales acceleration campaigns, including events, digital marketing, executive engagement initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, engineering or any relevant qualification
• 5+ years of marketing experience with B2B technology services
• Excellent written communication skills and executive engagement
• Experience in content marketing and storytelling, including the ability to produce content that engages clients and prospects to take action
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite of tools (ppt, excel, word, teams, etc.)
• Proficient with project management tools like ADO Jira, Asana, etc.
